Refund policy

Our Refund policy allows you to return most products (see below) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is deemed faulty.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unwashed and unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original swing tag still attached. Proof of purchase must accompany any item being returned.

We do not accept the return of any of the following products:
- Sale items
- Water Bottles
- Gift Cards

When returning any product to us, please email us at enquiries@flextt.com to advise us of the situation and indicate whether you are seeking a refund or exchange. We will then know to expect your item in the mail thereafter.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account carefully again. Then, if necessary, contact your bank or credit card company to enquire about the delay, as it may take them some time to process your refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you require an exchange for another size or request an exchange for another item to the same value, we will endeavour to arrange this as soon as possible and send you email confirmation.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
